Headaches x 2-3 days: Headaches which last a few days can be from several causes. If happening at the same time each month, they may be related to your hormone cycle. Is it constant for 2-3 days? This could be migraine headaches, allergies, or sinus infection. Try keeping a headache diary for several months. Write down every headache, what other symptoms you have, what food you ate, etc. Take this to your doctor.
