Tramadol ; opiates: Tramadol is a very weak opiod receptor agonist, and can be habit forming. But by itself, it will not be very helpful for heroin withdrawal. You really need medical help in this situation, and also to plan for sustainable recovery from your addiction. Please see your doctor, who may also want you to work with an addiction medicine physician.
