Yes, you may: Chronic use of opiates, first suboxane, then heroine, IV, even if only 5 days, once you stop it will lead to a withdrawal. Usually starting at 12 to 26 hours after last shot. Symptoms will vary according to being a chronic user or not ,your general health status, liver function, etc. and the purity and dose taken all along. It will range from mild to severe, flue -like sx's, depression, malaise.

Unlikely: the general recommendation before resuming buprenorphine after a relapse on short acting drugs like heroin is waiting 24 hours, or until you begin to feel withdrawal. If you are not feeling withdrawal, it might be prudent to either wait until you are, or to use a lower dose of the drug (1/2 of the lowest dose form, like 1mg of suboxone/subutex).
