Sperm cause pregnanc: 100% possibility of pregnancy whenever sperm are introduced into the vagina. It does not matter if a penis or a turkey baster introduce the sperm. Semen contain sperm at the same concentration whether it is leaking from an erect penis or is ejaculated.
