What can cause burn after urinating, pubic bone pain, having to go pee a lot and a little bit of groin pain? Never had unprotected sex?

It could be Bladder: Bladder infections are quite common in sexually active young women. It has nothing to do with unprotected sex. Your symptoms suggest that is what you likely have. It is called cystitis. You will need a short course of antibiotics for which you need to go see you doctor tomorrow; otherwise your infection can spread to your kidney and cause fevers pretty soon.
