It could be Bladder: Bladder infections are quite common in sexually active young women.It has nothing to do with unprotected sex. Your symptoms suggest that is what you likely have. It is called cystitis. You will need a short course of antibiotics for which you need to go see you doctor tomorrow; otherwise your infection can spread to your kidney and cause fevers pretty soon.
