I am currently on zoloft (sertraline) 50 mg and started taking slim quick pure. is that safe for me to do and what are the side affects?

No idea: Slim quick pure is sold at walmart and others -- it contains many herbal components including green tea. Unfortunately this formulation doesn't appear to be standardized. So I have no idea whether using this with zoloft (sertraline) is a safe combination, or what the side effects would be -- there have been no studies on slim quick pure. Reading some of the reviews, some people have felt "jittery" though.
