Perhaps: Psoriasis is not affected by the frequency of your bathing. Yes you may try head and shoulders but may need more help.

I recommend...: ...H & s shampoo, daily, lathered in and left lathered for at least 15 minutes before washing off. See a dermatologist if this does not help within a month.
