Sleep: Being awake at night could be insomnia, or as your question suggests it could be related to a shift in your diurnal sleep rhythm, this could be related to things you do, or could in fact be a medical issue as well. Chronotherapy is used for very specific indications with regard to moving ones "clock" to the right time. You need to see your physician to determine why this is happening.
