Depends: Everyone is different and a cerebral thrombosis or stroke is different in every person. An inpatient rehabilitation stay after a stroke can vary from 1-3 weeks in general. The length of stay for inpatient rehab is much shorter than it used to be in the past. This is being driven mainly by the insurance companies unfortunately.
