Nothing to do: She could be grinding to get them to to fit together better or falling or both. Not much you can do. The good news is she is going to get another set of harder teeth!

Multiple causes: Cracks ; chips in baby teeth usually due to grinding. Sometimes, however, due to enamel defect. Grinding sometimes due to malocclusion. Ask your dentist for evaluation, and, if indicated, referral to a pediatric dental specialist.
