I have swelling in my legs and feet along with pain. i have tried using ice but nothing is working. what else can i try?

Swelling: It really depends on where the swelling is. If its diffuse around both legs/feet, it could be a sign of fluid retention/volume overload/edema and that increased pressure from the swelling can cause pain. If this is new, i would see your doctor about it. If it is following trauma and swelling due to injury, then rest, ice, compression and elevation can be helpful.
