Depends …: On how much & how often you drink. Probably not the spleen but rather an enlarged liver or inflamed pancreas if you drink every day or binge drink. See your pcp for some tests of liver & pancreatic function as well as having your spleen checked out.

Not spleen: It is not the spleen. It could be the pancreas or the stomach. Too much alcohol can cause inflammation of the stomach or the pancreas.
