I have a enlarged spleen due to sickle cell and i have a vacation coming up with some friends and im sure its gonna be a weekend full of alcohol and i was wondering if it would be ok if i partake in the drinking myself?

Thoughts: Spleen enlargement by itself is not going to be affected by social drinking. If you partake to the point you are unstable/fall down & injure the spleen, the enlargement may make it at more risk of rupture. This would not be good. Otherwise it is not really an issue.
