Very carefully: Instead of your nasal cavity, you probably meant to say your wisdom teeth are developing in or close proximity to your maxillary sinus, which is common for upper wisdom teeth. Your dentist or surgeon will remove the teeth by a surgical approach to expose and/or uncover the wisdom teeth, and likely place sutures to close the incision.
