Depends on patient: The answer to your question depends on the patient and the medical condition being treated. The term "medical team" simply means a group of medical professionals consulting together to provide the best care for a patient. The members may vary depending on the needs of the patient.

What team?: What team are you referring to? As far as i know, there isn't any specific teams in medicine...We do have various specialties and depending what that specialty is, various level of personels may be involved--doctors, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, secretaries/receptionists are the usual suspects, and they all have different roles. Repost question if this is not what you meant..

Pedaitric team?: It depends on what location u r refering 2. In pvt. Practice it is usually the doc and ma/nurse. In a tertiary care center, it will be attending md, resident &intern. Nurse, social worker, etc. If it is a subspecialty admission in additon, u will have the subspecialst md attending and fellow. U need 2 clarify for a clearer answer. Good luck!
