Refraction: The most common problem with vision is a need for eyeglasses or contacts. You cannot improve your vision with exercises or dietary alterations. If you have some other reason for diminished vision, then it should be evaluated and treated. Check with your ophthalmologist for the best answer in your case in these possibilities.
