Don't use it: If Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is predictably causing jaw pain and shortness of breath, it's not a good drug for you. Although rare in your age group, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can precipitate myocardial ischemia (inadequate circulation). Avoid it.

Bruxism, TMJ: A reported side effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is bruxism and secondary jaw pain. If the onset of jaw pain correlates with increased jaw pain, report that to your doctor. He/she may adjust your dose or try a different medication. Good luck.
