Hypoglycemia: Eating small amounts of food more frequently. Avoid foods with high glycemic index (potato chips, cake, frosting, refined sugars) that spike your metabolic response then a few hours later you dump with low blood sugar. This dropping blood sugar several hours after metabolic spike drives your hunger. Be well.
