ES Tylenol/NSAIDs: Try extra strength Tylenol (acetaminophen) as directed first. If that is not helpful, Naproxen is the most cardio-neutral NSAID for scheduled dosing, meaning it's the safest drug in the class for your cardiovascular system. A visit to an occupational therapist can be extremely helpful too.

Hand pain: You should not be having so much pain. Perhaps you have a complication. Call your doctor and get re-evaluated and ask about physical therapy to relieve your pain.
