Hydroxycut: Hydroxycut was taken off the market at one point as a result of reports of liver problems, seizures, and rhabdomyolysis. It is an herbal supplement and therefore not regulated by the fda. Eating a little less sugar and carbs, and getting a little more exercise in will knock off 10 lbs and you will be healthier for it. Hydroxycut is not something i would recommend.
