My girlfriend gets random bruising on her body during her periods. she is irregular and also experiences severe cramps to the point of dizziness and nausea when on period. bruises are sometimes green and blue, other times red. what could these mean?

Bruising such as that often indicates small blood vessel (capillary) bleeding. May be caused by increased capillary fragility or by low platelets. Need to see a Hematologist
