Not if you treat it.: This is a blister or vesicle and is the hallmark of a second degree burn. These usually heal with very little scar, unless they become infected. The thin "roof" over the blister will keep germs out but it will rupture soon and the fluid will escape (palm and sole blisters last longer). Then, germs can get in where the fluid got out. Begin using an antiseptic ointment (Bacitracin or Polysporin).
