A member asked:

How can hepatitis, haemolytic anaemia and pancreatic cancer lead to jaundice?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Easy to explain: Hepatitis causes hepatic jaundice by the cells being unable to process bilirubin. Hemolytic anemia produces prehepatic jaundice by making more bilirugin. Pancreatic cancer can produce obstructive / cholestatic jaundice by plugging bile ducts.
