No; Dr. can evaluate: There are thousands of supplements advertised to do all sorts of magical remedies. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits (but manufacturers make claims, based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... But not on real research). One can ask the doctor for scabies treatment and pinworms treatment (different prescription medications are needed).

No: The way to ease pinworm symptoms is to get rid of the pinworms. It's relatively easy to do; just see your doctor. Scabies are a different kind of parasite entirely (insect: external vs. Worm: internal); so even if there were a supplement to ease scabies symptoms, is extremely unlikely it would help with pinworms too.
