Don't rule it out: Most antiperspirants contain aluminum. This can enter your body through pores. It can also be inhaled when you spray. If you have oral lichen planus i think it merits a look. Also your axillary lymph node is located directly in your armpit. Aluminum may make cause a localized or systemic reaction. For this reason I have personally switched to an aluminum free deodorant.
