Expert opinions? what medications shows the greatest promise as a cancer chemotherapy agent?

I wish I had: More than 400 characters but in my opinion, those new agents that target specific molecular processes in cancer cells that make them behave as cancer cells are the most exciting. They target cancer cells and spare (to a certain degree) normal cells so the side effects are less. They are not perfect and unfortunately they tend to be veeeery expensive, which is a big problem.
