I've got a slight plaque buildup in my neck vessels, both sides. what can i do to clean them out?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a cardiologist: A cardiologist would likely order a CT scan of your carotids (the arteries in your neck) & also check whether type 2 diabetes is contributing to the plaque formation Starting you on a statin ( a cholesterol lowering drug) would certainly be a option.
