Please answer! what would happen if lidocaine jelly was injected intraveneously?

Depends on dose: It would be hard to inject because of the consistency of the jelly. The Lidocaine would be absorbed and as long as it is below toxic doses should be ok. Not sure what the effects of the jelly carrier would be, but i assume it would be benign.
