Neurofibromatosis: The quick answer is no but hopefully in the future the genetics people will be able to manipulate the gene that causes this disorder and stop the progression. At the moment we do not have that ability.

No cure: There is no cure. Involvement varies from mild to severe. Patients with significant disease should have close medical followup.Complications are treated usually by surgery.
