Please let me know if there is any way to get over the withdrawl seizures of tapering alprazolam tablets after using it for 10 yrs?

Yes: Withdrawal from Alprazolam needs to be very gradual, especially after using it for 10 years. If having seizures, you need medical attention and probably hospitalization where you can be observed and treated with anti-seizure medications.
