Depends: ..On which blood cells are affected and what kind of "blood cancer" they have. If white cells go down, people can get infections. If red cells go down, the symptom is fatigue. If platelets go down, there is easy bruising and bleeding. Please note than often 2 or all 3 of these (or even other) symptoms can happen in a patient depending on the specific disease they have.
