Little facial moles: Moles may appear throughout a lifetime. A "mole" may turn out to be something else such as a seborrheic keratosis . Multiple simultaneous appearing little facial cancerous moles (melanoma) would be unlikely. See a dermatologist for proper diagnosis to be safe.
