Why when i swallow it fells like i am swallowing needles?

Infection?: If this just started, get checked for strep throat, which needs to be treated within 10 days of the onset of symptoms to prevent complications. If you have had this for a while, see your doc, too, and find out why it hurts so much to swallow. You need to be seen in person by a doc who will examine you, order appropriate testing, treat you and/or refer you, if needed
