Not the silver: rather the alloy, unfortunately pure silver jewelry isn't available, expensive and difficult to hold its shape, needs to be harnessed by other metals in an alloy, if you are allergic to a certain type, you might want to look for a more purified form, if still allergic, you need to avoid exposure, no way around it
