Wondering if it's better for an asthmatic child to live in the countryside rather than the city?

Define city/ country: Studies do show increased difficulty for asthmatic patients in urban settings with higher particulate pollution, but most reports involve high population density. Some low density cities (galveston) would not be similar, while houston would. Country settings can involve exposure to dust, animal dander, cedar etc that could trigger a sensitive patient. Most asthmatics find trouble wherever they are.
