Probably a stye: The early symptom of a stye is discomfort on blinking of the affected lid. If the vision is good, and there is no discharge and the conjunctiva looks normal, then it probably is an early stye.. Try using moist heat for 5 minutes, 4-5 times per day to get rid of it. If persistent, see your ophthalmologist.
