Inflamed? or not?: If still inflamed, you should have an ophthalmologist evaluate this and consider a biopsy for the presence of a skin cancer. If it is quiescent and is a buried pea like lump, it is probably a chalazion which is a cyst around the former stye and is benign although an ophthalmologist can remove this if you want.
