Grandma has been going to a gp, and needs a second opinion for her dvt in calf. what kind of doctor should she see?

Why another opinion?: Is she not getting better? Is she on anticoagulation (blood thinners)? Most gps can treat simple DVT of the calf. If more information is needed, often vascular surgeons or interventional radiologists work with patient s with dvt.

Im a hypochondriac. When I get up from sitting down, I have a twinge type tenderness on the top of my calf. After I take a few steps/walk it off it goes away. No redness or swelling. Terrified of dvt, but just went to the doctor for something else?

Calf pain, doc did physical, ruled out dvt and nerve issues. says its not serious.pain comes and goes, moreso when walking, not severe pain just achy. still worried that it is dvt. what else could it be.
