Depends on History: "normal" blood pressure is estimated at 120/80. A blood pressure of 85/60 is a bit low, but its severity depends on any preexisting medical conditions you may have. Diabetic patients or those with a history of heart conditions, for example, usually have a higher baseline blood pressure than people without any medical history.
