Go to the E.R.!!: Many things can cause a heart rate of 180 and low blood pressure of 80/60, unfortunately none of them are good. Arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation or flutter and supra-ventricular tachycardia can cause hypotension. Other conditions would be significant dehydration or anemia. You need to get this checked out immediately! if it is only sporadic, get to the E.R. Immediately when it occurs!
