How can you know when your diagnosis of arachnoiditis progresses to adhesive arachnoiditis?

Same: Arachnoiditis is the clumping of the nerves in the lower back. This clumping is adhesive. This is usually diagnosed from an mri. This is usually a result from previous surgery, infection or complication of injection. If your main issue is pain then i would discuss spinal cord stimulation with your pain management physician.
