Eruption blister or abscess in 5 year old, how can i tell and what to do?

Have him seen: Eruption blisters may be bloody and full but not painful. Abscesses can be painful or not but usually are. If you do not know it is best to have him seen to know the difference as treatment is observation for one and drainage for the abscess.
