Please help! what is the difference between orange peel skin and cellulite?

Celllulite is looser: Orange peal skin (peau d'orange) has a tighter skin pattern than cellulite. Just take a good look at an actual orange and you will see the tight punctate contours. It can suggest an underlying tumor. Cellulite creates dimpled irregularities of skin, but the pattern is a looser. It is created by the confined nature of certain fascial attachments to the undersurface of the skin, but with no tumor.
