For how long do you have to wear pull-ups after a partial prostate resection operation?

Probably not need...: Removing blocking part of prostate by either TURP (resection) or PVP (laser) would very rarely cause urine leakage requiring the use of pull-ups. Of course, the likelihood to have urine leakage after these procedures is largely related with surgeon's skill. But, it does occur, most of cases will improve and resolve over time.
