Breast Lift recovery: Your final appearance will not be present until at least 4-6 month after surgery. Recommendations will vary by doctor. Light activity for the first 2 weeks, followed by a gradual return to normal activities. Wear a bra for 6-8 weeks after surgery for compression and support. Scars will take 6-12 months to mature; your surgeon will make recommendations for scar care. Seek an abps surgeon.

2 to 4 weeks: The recovery from a breast lift can range between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the extent of the surgery. Normal activities can resume after the first week, however it best to refrain from heavy exercise and strenuous activity until you’ve passed the 4th week of recovery.

Hi! Breast lift recovery typically takes one to two weeks, after which you can begin to resume light to moderate activities. To ensure a smooth recovery, avoid any straining, bending, or lifting throughout the first two weeks after your operation, and be sure to sleep on your back or your side to keep pressure off your breasts. This will help accelerate the healing process.
