Contact the supplier: Contact lens purchase generally require a prescription. The prescribing person or prescription filling company can provide the information as to which eye the correct strength lens goes with. If both lens are the same strength, it will not make a difference.

Check with eyedoc: Most eyes are relatively close to each other in power, so you could try each in your separate eyes and see which is sharpest. Look carefully on the boxes if you got them from an eye doctor because they will commonly be labeled (od = right; os = left). Or call your doctor so they can be recalled from the chart.
