Cementoma: Generally benign and require no treatment. Teeth with cementomas test vital (alive and well) despite the shadow (blk) on the xray. Cementomas can ossify (wht) on xray and there are several varities some of which require removal. Given the space we have please search cementoma/cementoma treatment.
