A member asked:

Can a day-long fever around 102 degrees affect a males fertility?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe -Temporarily: Sperm production is decreased in the testes by long periods of increased testicular temperatures. However there can be some fall in the sperm count without a drop in fertility. A day of decreased sperm production would not cause permanent infertitily but it "might" cause a temporary drop in fertility.
