Existing condition: Pre-existing conditions are those which are present when an insurance plan is changed and a new policy must be written. All disease might be pre-existing and pregnancy can also be list in the same way. Many insurance companies have already eliminated this exclusion and all will be required to do this by the aca act which is fully operative in 2014.
