How can i remove the rings between my teeth (braces)?

Rings?: Do you mean plastic rings (spacers) placed between teeth to move them apart for room to place braces? Do you mean metal rings(bands) around back teeth? You cannot safely remove orthodontic appliances by yourself. Return to the dentist that placed them for removal.

No!: Those are spacers that are used so that the rest of your braces can be inserted at your next appointment. It will be impossible to get the bands fitted if you remove those little rings.
